To provide extra reassurance, for both you and ourselves, we are still leaving 48 hrs between bookings.

We have always adhered to high standards of hygiene and are continuing to take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of our guests… and ourselves.

We signed up to the Clean and Safe Charter and ask that guests continue to follow the current government guidelines There will be a few practical measures that we will ask you to do in order to help us with staying safe.

Though you’re no longer required to check in using Track and Trace, continuing to do so will help to support the NHS and reduce the spread of the virus. You’ll find the QR code (or form if you don’t have the app), in the Useful Information folder along with all our Clean and Safe information.

Information on places to visit and eating out will still be provided as PDFs ahead of your stay.

Should you need to cancel your holiday, we will do our best to move your booking to a different date and be as flexible as possible.
